“I Ate What?” is a Health and Fitness app that makes it easy for you remember the meals you eat day by day. You can track what you eat over time, and therefore, make better decisions on what to eat.
The idea is simple.
Every time you eat some food, either a meal or a snack, snap a picture. Maybe take a Selfie while you are eating! It's quick, convenient and fun!
Pretty soon, you will have created a timeline of your meals and snacks.
Then, when you feel hungry or have some free time, browse through your timeline and see what you have been eating recently. Knowing what you have eaten will help you make better decisions about what to eat next, so you can stay on track, notice and change habits that no longer serve your goals, or confirm your new habits! “I Ate What?” will help you remember so you don't have to!
“I Ate What?” will also you keep track of your calories, if you want. You can even share that "awesome" meal with your friends or family, or track where you ate that memorable meal so you can remember the next time you find yourself at that location.
